Charter Foundation Construction is a member of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership. Employees are encouraged to attend seminars, conferences and webinars to gain and share knowledge throughout the company. Communication of this unique benefit and the value ESOPs present as a qualified retirement plan that is recognized and regulated by the federal government, are conveyed by the company's ESOP Committee consisting of Employee-Owners, quarterly ESOP newsletters, and yearly ESOP events company-wide.
